He said that Miz is the next and best U.S. Champion. He said on a personal note, from the bottom of his heart, “you’re the best friend i’ve ever had.” Miz said he’s touched and he’s generous enough to give them back. He said that Damien is a damn good stunt double…one that he’s truly proud to call his friend. They hugged. Sheamus showed up on the big screen. Sheamus told Miz to have Mizdow get on his knees and kiss his ass goodbye. He said that Miz won’t have the U.S. title tonight. Sheamus then brogue kicked the camera. Then Sheamus’ music played.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Cesaro (Intercontinental title match) – Cesaro has changed his look. No stubble on the sides of his head. He’s completely bald. I think he took Steve Austin’s advice. This is a 2 out of 3 falls match. Lots of great wrestling. Lots of reversals early on. Cesaro teased the swing early but Ziggler rolled him up for a pin attempt. Cesaro got out of it and put Cesaro in the swing. Ziggler rolled up Cesaro and won the first fall. There’s a short rest period now. There was an awesome spot in the match where Ziggler put Cesaro in a sleeper, Cesaro fought out of it, Ziggler still had him locked in a dragon sleeper, and Cesaro used his strength to get on the ropes and do a superplex spot. Cesaro is favoring his arm. Seconds later Ziggler got the famouser but Cesaro kicked out at two and a half. Ziggler went for the Zig Zag but Cesaro caught him with an uppercut and then went for the pin but Ziggler kicked out. Ziggler reversed a neutralizer, cranked Cesaro’s arm, hit a superkick, and got the pin. Awesome match.

Triple H said that Rollins is a lot more like Orton than Orton would care to admit. He said tonight it’s not tonight to worry about Rollins…tonight is the night to do what he does best..finish John Cena and then he can take back and bring home the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Randy said that he’ll do it Triple H’s way but if they don’t deal with Rollins eventually then he will.

Nikki Bella vs. Brie Bella – winner gets the loser as their personal assistant for 30 days. Before the match started they showed highlights of Nikki turning on Brie at SummerSlam. Fans entertained themselves during this match by doing the announcer chants. Brie did a facebuster on Nikki but only got a 2 count on her. Brie did a crazy dive through the ropes onto Nikki. Nikki was holding her knee afterwards so she might have gotten hurt on that spot. She seemed fine afterwards though. Nikki got a 2 count after hitting the Rack attack. Brie got the YES lock on Nikki. Nikki got her foot on the rope so the ref broke the hold. Nikki hit her with a forearm smash and then the Rack Attack for the pin. Brie will be Nikki’s personal assistant. Nikki mockingly did the YES chant. It was a pretty good match. Better than most Divas matches on Raw.

The Usos vs. Gold & Stardust (WWE tag team title match) - Good match. We got the trademark dive spots….one on Goldust and one onto Stardust late in the match. Stardust kicked Jey in the back of the knee and allowed Goldust to hit his finisher for the pin on Jey. Gold and Stardust retain the titles.

John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar inside Hell in a Cell (winner becomes number 1 contender for the WWE title) – Before the match they showed a really good video package focusing on old rivalries (Austin/Rock, Ali/Frazier, etc.). They called Cena/Orton an “epic” rivalry. Orton was introduced first. The referee padlocked the door on the cage after Cena got in. Hot crowd with “Lets Go Cena/Cena Sucks” chants.” Orton and Cena circled around in the ring for a couple of seconds and then they punched each other and started the match. Orton rammed Cena through the table set up in the corner. He went for a pin but got a 2 count. Orton brought the steel steps into the ring. Orton went for a RKO on the steps but Cena caught him and slammed him on the steps. Then he hit the 5 knuckle shuffle. Cena was going for the AA but Orton hit him with a low blow. Orton then set up for the punt kick but Cena moved and locked in the STF submission. Orton made it to the bottom rope but there’s no DQ in the cell so the ref didn’t break it. Orton crawled over to the edge of the ring and the ropes forced Cena to break. Cena picked up the steps and threw them onto Orton on the outside but Orton moved out of the way. Orton rammed Cena’s head into the steel post. Cena hit an AA out of nowhere but Orton kicked out. He went for another AA but Orton countered it somehow and turned it into an RKO. Really good match. After the match Cena stared off at Heyman (who is on the panel) and made the “call me” gesture letting him know that he’s coming for Lesnar. Heyman had a serious look on his face.

Miz accidentally hit his stunt double outside of the ring when he tried to hit Sheamus. Mizdow recovered a minute later. Later Sheamus hit a rolling sentan with Miz on his back. Mizdow got on the ring apron and distracted Sheamus. Miz rolled up Sheamus but Sheamus rolled through but the referee didn’t see the pin attempt. Miz tried to steal a pin after hitting his finisher but Sheamus kicked out. This is not a bad match but the crowd isn’t into it except for some Mizdow chants. Miz jumped off the top rope but was caught by a brogue kick. Sheamus pinned him and retains his title. Miz was laying in the ring. Sheamus had some fun with Miz since Mizdow mimmicked Miz being knocked out. He raised Miz’s arms, stood him up, and made Miz do the YMCA gesture. Mizdow followed along. He brogue kicked Miz again. Mizdow fell just like MIz did.
